Located at the western boundary of the City of Garden Grove, Garden Park and Eastgate make up "West Garden Grove" and are nestled where the 405 and 22 Freeways meet in northwest Orange County near the south Los Angeles County border in Southern California.  This area was among the last annexed by Garden Grove back in the mid-1960s after considerable community meetings, where the area could have belonged to either Seal Beach or Garden Grove.

The area used to be orange groves, strawberry fields and farms before being developed by S&S and other builders in the 1960s. 

In just 10 short minutes, you can walk the piers of Seal Beach, Long Beach or Huntington Beach. Nearby Westminster Mall, Bella Terra Huntington Beach (405 Freeway-Beach Boulevard Exit), Long Beach Towne Center (605 Freeway-Carson/Del Amo Exit), and South Coast Plaza (405 Freeway-Bristol Exit) provide convenient shopping. 

Getting away (if you have to) is also a breeze: five area airports are less than an hour's drive: Long Beach (LGB), Orange County (SNA), Los Angeles (LAX), Burbank (BUR), and Ontario (ONT)..
