WHAT:   a monthly information service postcard delivered to 92845 postal routes that serves as a central hub for businesses or service providers to share a brief thumbnail message about discounts, seldom-known products or services, and other savings.  Garden Park Realty's Market Briefs Monthly shows real estate sales activity on one side of the page.  Gradually expanding overflow messages will display on this website address www.gardenparkgreen.com, and/or through twitter @gardenparkgreen. Each business is solely responsible for its service(s).

FOR WHOM:  to benefit Garden Park and Eastgate in West Garden Grove (92845) and increasing to surrounding communities, including Seal Beach, Rossmoor, Los Alamitos, Cypress and Westminster (collectively, Garden Park Neighbors).

WHY:    There are many businesses, including small home-based businesses, that may want to extend some service or benefit to Garden Park Neighbors; however, the costs to get the word out is too high and increasingly expensive, often higher than the expected benefit.  These services could translate to increased income or financial savings to all involved, but first we have to know about them.  By letting others KNOW more about the services available locally, it improves our community.  This is another service aimed at smashing the statistic that almost 1 in 2 Americans are financially illiterate, and plays a part in helping our neighbor Residents, Employers, Employees and their acquaintances Achieve the Lifestyle of their dreams.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:   Businesses can submit a request on www.gardenparkgreen.com website, bottom of page notes section, plus call Jan at 714-719-0048 with new offerings for the next publication by the 5^th of the preceding publication month.  Content is meant to be limited to common business activities that would be of interest to the community as a whole.  As such, no religious, specific holiday-related, multi-level marketing-type, or potentially questionable message can be posted.  Items approved for next publication will be confirmed by email to the address provided by each business.  All are encouraged to spread the word to others to expand the value of this service.

THE CATCH:     Although use of any of our services described below is greatly appreciated, there is NO charge passed onto a business or service provider, nor any expectation of a referral fee or kickback, nor any obligation for anyone.
